Eureka Math Support

Good evening parents,

The following is a link for parents regarding our new math curriculum. If you have not done so already, I wanted to remind you that you can create a parent account and have access to information and examples to help with homework:

The kids seem to be gaining confidence and understanding with the concepts in the first module. I everyone received the parent tip packet for Module 2 in Thursday Folders. This will help as we move forward into the next topic in the next few weeks.

I will begin adding a math blurb in my weekly blog/email about what lesson/module we are on so you can access the website and the parent tip packet to help support your child at home. Again, I am teaching the kids strategies and mathematical methods to tackle these problems. I am filling their math tool box so to speak :-) I want your child to use the strategies that work for their math brain. As long as they arrive at the correct answer, I am OK with how they problem solve to get there!

Thanks again for all of your support! I am planning for our first module test this week or the beginning of next week.
