Upcoming Events!

Good afternoon! I hope everyone's week is off to a good start!

A few reminders for upcoming events:

1. We have our Butterfly Pavilion field trip coming up next week on Wednesday the 15th! Please remember to pack your child a disposable lunch and water bottle if you did not order one through the school. Students will not be allowed to bring backpacks. Comfortable shoes and clothing are suggested since we will be doing a lot of walking around. We will be participating in a class about animal adaptations and life cycles at the pavilion as well. Thank you chaperones for volunteering to join us! The bus will be leaving promptly at 9:15, so please be on time to school that day! I will send out a reminder.

2. Our second field trip that we have planned will be to Stone Canyon on March 30th. Permission slips will be coming home tomorrow. Please have the permission slip signed and the lunch order form filled out and returned on March 16th, before Spring Break. Thank you!

3. Please contact me if you would be interested in helping out with our two dissections in science we have coming up after Spring Break. We will be dissecting starfish and a perch fish.
