Week of 4/22-4/27

Good afternoon!

Just a few things coming up this week:

DIBELS End of Year Testing: We will be taking our end of year DIBELS tests on Tuesday. I would appreciate you doing your best to have your child in attendance Tuesday. Make sure they get a good night sleep and a healthy breakfast!

Cheyenne Mountain Zoo Field Trip: We will be going on our last field trip to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo on Wednesday, May 9th! If you would like to chaperone, please let me know! Permission slips are due by the 27th of April. Please send in money of pay via the portal for your child's bus fee.

Earth Week: Tuesday, students are asked to bring in wildflower seeds to spread around campus. Students will also need to wear green Friday! We will be in charge of cleaning up the veggie garden this week. If you are able to donate any veggie seeds, our class is heading up restoring that garden and for getting things planted before summer break!

End of Year BBQ: Just to put it on the radar, the last day of school (May 25th) the primary team has an end of year BBQ on the playground! We will be sending out a sign up for food and games. Stay tuned! If any of you grill masters have a grill you can bring in and are willing to grill hotdogs for us, let me know!
